Financing of the Orange County Scouting BSA

While many units collect annual dues, pay for special events and campouts, none of those funds are given to the Orange County Council.  THe registration fee goes to National Scouting BSA and Unit dues and costs are maintained within your unit.  There are only 4 ways which OCC BSA collect monies to operate their properties, offer quality programs and continue to offer the scouting experience to the youth of Orange County.
